These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Amandeep, of Bairwal Tech Solutions, Kanganpur Road, Sirsa, Haryana, India ("Project LEUC", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Project LEUC website, API, and Blender add-on (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, installing the add-on, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" means both you and it.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for the security of the credentials and API keys associated with it. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.
Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person or organisation should not operate multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions, or the safeguards in section 6.
The Service tells End Users whether a newer version of an installed add-on exists, and gives Developers aggregate statistics about version adoption. It is an information service.
We do not distribute add-ons. We store the URLs Developers give us and pass them on. Downloads happen directly between the End User and whatever server the Developer points to. We do not host, scan, review, or test those files, and we make no representation about their safety, quality, licensing, or fitness. Installing third-party software is at your own risk.
By registering an add-on you represent that:
You keep ownership of your Developer Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for reasonable backup copies and anything already distributed through caches or published manifests.
Add-on IDs are allocated on a first-registered basis. If someone registers an add-on you own, use the ownership claim process; we will review the evidence and may reassign it. Our decision on a claim is final, and we are not liable for the outcome of a good-faith determination.
You must not:
We operate automated systems that detect coordinated or artificial reporting. Data we judge to be artificial may be discounted or removed without notice, and repeated or deliberate manipulation is grounds for removing your add-ons and terminating your account.
Where an add-on is not registered, the Service may infer its current version from reports sent by End Users, and mark a version as "verified" once enough independent sources report it.
Community Data is crowd-sourced, unverified by the add-on's author, and provided strictly as-is. It may be wrong, out of date, or reflect a version that was never publicly released. Do not rely on it as an authoritative statement of what a developer has published. Developers may claim their add-on at any time, which supersedes Community Data.
The Service may display announcements inside Blender and on the website — service notices, release information, and potentially sponsored or promotional content from us or third parties. We reserve the right to include such content.
Announcements are broadcast identically to all users and are not selected using data about you; see section 5 of the Privacy Policy. Where an announcement is paid for, we will identify it as sponsored.
Promotional content for a third party is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party products, offers, or sites reached through an announcement, and any dealing with them is solely between you and that third party.
API keys are personal to your account and must not be shared or embedded in publicly distributed code. We may apply rate limits and change them as needed to keep the Service available. We may suspend a key that is generating abusive load.
The Service — its software, design, and branding — belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no right to our trade marks. Any open-source components remain under their own licences, which prevail over these Terms to the extent they conflict.
The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. For changes that would materially and adversely affect Developers relying on the API, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We specifically do not warrant that version information — registered or community — is accurate or current, or that any third-party download is safe or genuine.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights that cannot be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, however caused.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the total amount you paid us for the Service in that period. As the Service is currently provided free of charge, this will usually be the former.
You will indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your Developer Content, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of a third party's rights, or add-on files distributed via URLs you supplied. We will notify you of any such claim and allow you to control the defence, provided any settlement releases us fully.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms (particularly section 6), if required by law, or if continuing would create risk for us or other users. Where practicable and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections 5 (licence, as to already-distributed copies), 10, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17 survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Sirsa, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws.
Before filing anything, please contact us at [email protected] — most issues are resolved quickly.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of the Service on notice. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. There are no third-party beneficiaries.
We may revise these Terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. For material changes we will give notice and ask account holders to accept the new version at next sign-in. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
